Overview

Tara Estate’s website brings its property developments into one place. As the portfolio grew, buyers needed a clearer way to explore projects and assess the details.

The redesign focused on making property information easier to navigate, building trust in the developer, and creating a structure that could grow with the business.

Key objectives

  • Give every project a consistent presentation that reflects Tara Estate’s brand.
  • Make location, unit types, floor plans, and amenities easy to find and understand.
  • Create a clear path from exploring a project to making an enquiry.
  • Build reusable page structures for future developments and company content.

The Challenge

Making property information easier to navigate

Buyers need to assess location, unit types, floor plans, and amenities before making an enquiry.

The challenge was to organize these details into a clear path from project overview to deeper exploration, keeping pages easy to scan while providing the information buyers need to decide whether a property suits them.

The old website was outdated and lacked key information.

Research and discovery

Research focused on what buyers need to assess a property, what builds trust in the developer, and where the existing website lacked useful information or made it difficult to find.

🙋‍♀️🙋User needs

  • Quickly understand what each project offers.
  • Find location, unit types, floor plans, amenities, and images.
  • Move easily from a project overview to detailed information.
  • Find a clear way to enquire or contact the company.

🎯Business needs

  • Present every development with a consistent brand identity.
  • Build trust in Tara Estate as a property developer.
  • Give company information and partnerships a clear place on the website.
  • Support new projects and content as the business grows.

Key issues

  • Outdated visual design
  • Missing company and project information
  • Scattered property details
  • Unclear information hierarchy

Turning Insights into Design Decisions

A clearer project structure

Project pages move from an overview to location, unit types, and amenities. This gives buyers a clear starting point before they explore the details that matter to them.

Explaining details visually

Icons and structured specifications make property features easier to understand. I used these where they could communicate details more clearly than a long paragraph.

Building trust in the developer

Company information, credentials, and partnerships give buyers a clearer picture of Tara Estate. These sections introduce the developer behind the projects and help establish its credibility.

Making information easy to scan

Property details, amenities, and galleries are grouped into distinct sections. Consistent headings and layouts help buyers find specific information without having to read the entire page.

Keeping floor plans in context

Floor plans sit within each project page, alongside the relevant unit information. Buyers can explore layouts in context while the surrounding page stays focused and easy to navigate.

Room for future projects

Reusable page sections give new developments a consistent structure. Content can adapt to each project, allowing the website to grow without redesigning every page.

A Scalable Experience for Property Discovery

Project pages share a clear structure, from the overview and location to unit details, floor plans, and amenities.

The layout adapts to desktop and mobile, keeping key information easy to find as buyers explore each development.
